REFUND POLICY

BOOKING

The restaurant accepts booking through Facebook and the website. The customer will be contacted by the manager to discuss details.

RESERVATION

Reservations can be made 3-5 days in advance.

PAYMENT METHOD

RESCHEDULING

Customers must notify the Restaurant 1-2 days before reservation day. The restaurant will only allow rescheduling of services once for free. There will be a 20% rescheduling fee.

CANCELLATION

If the customer wishes to cancel the reservation after confirmation and payment have been received, the customer will be able to reschedule once for free, if the restaurant is notified 1-2 days before the scheduled reservation or receive a 20% cancellations fee(no decorations) and 40% cancellation fee for reservations that have decoration and special accommodation.
